*60-90 minute phone/Video consultation  
*A written copy of your personalized Sleep Plan developed to best fit your child and your parenting style.  
* 2 weeks of support through the Rested Family App

1-Time PHONE OR VIDEO CONSULTATION

**This is a one-time 90 minute phone/Video consultation to go over healthy sleep habits for your baby and to help you avoid sleep challenges in the future. This package works well if you are looking for advice and suggestions that you can implement on your own.
